Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or making a booking on Ozes you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. The Ozes service

Ozes lets you watch a preview of each trip — so you can see exactly what's included and understand it before you commit — and then book it easily. Every trip is operated by third-party local partners, and the actual stays, transport and activities are delivered by those partners under their own terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to make a booking. By booking for other travellers you confirm you have their permission to share their details with us and the operator.

4. Enquiries, confirmations & payment

Phase 1 is WhatsApp-first. Prices are shown as starting guidance, and your trip is not confirmed until an Ozes trip designer manually confirms the route, dates, inclusions and any pay-later instructions with you. Public checkout and online payment are not active in this phase.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Free cancellation up to 14 days before departure on most trips. 7–14 days: 50% refund. Under 7 days: non-refundable, except for documented force majeure. The exact policy for your trip is shown on the booking page and in your confirmation email.

6. Changes by Ozes or operators

Occasionally a hotel, vehicle or guide must be swapped for one of equal or higher standard. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer a refund of any price difference. Material changes give you the right to cancel for a full refund.

7. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for valid travel documents, visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance including medical and cancellation cover.

8. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the platform. No scraping, no reselling our content, no using Ozes to harass operators or other travellers, no reverse-engineering the platform. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

9. Reviews and user content

When you post a review or photo you grant Ozes a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the platform and in marketing. You keep ownership of your content and can request removal at any time.

10. Intellectual property

All Ozes software, brand, logos, trip previews, editorial content and itineraries are owned by Ozes or our licensors. You may share trip previews on social media; please credit Ozes.

11. Liability

Ozes acts as an agent between you and the local operator. Our liability for the operated trip is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will first go through good-faith mediation; if unresolved, the courts of London have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.
